YCEA Voting Results from Ballot Count on July 6, 2010

Over a series of days the YCEA membership has voted to determine if they should restructure their contract to eliminate the provision of our contract to require that the employer pay the Employee Contribution of 7% to CalPERS and to approve an addendum extension through June 30, 2014 with a 5% COLA in July 2013. 

A total of 381 ballots were cast,     243 ballots were cast to approve the addendum and 138 ballots were cast to not reopen the contract.
